In July 2019 we moved full-time into our 5th wheel RV and started traveling the country. We made a rule early on in our RV adventures that if we wanted to count a state towards our 50 state goal that we had to stay at least 1 night in the state as well as go outside to explore something cool in that state.
Most states we found it easier to find a “home base” for a few days then drive around the area to explore. The map below shows many of our overnight base camps. But this is only the beginning…
